Mireia and Jae-Seong developed an improved rec-Y3H protocol, tested different selection media and showed that our HT protein-RNA interaction screen can simultaneously detect protein-RNA interface mutations.

We are looking for master and PhD students to start in 2020! Projects will involve structural biology to understand mRNA transport complexes, biochemical in vitro reconstitutions and a combination of systems biology and neurobiology. Details soon!
